The graphic elements, design, source code and other similar elements, as well as the texts that make up this website and those disseminated through it, as well as their presentation and layout, are the exclusive property of IN SPIRIT DESIGN S.L., or it holds the exploitation rights thereto through agreements with third parties.
In this regard, they constitute works protected by the entirety of Spanish and Community regulations in the field of intellectual property, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996, of April 12, approving the Revised Text of the Intellectual Property Law, regulating, clarifying and harmonizing the legal provisions in force on the matter, and Law 5/1998, of March 6, incorporating into Spanish Law Directive 96/9/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council, of March 11, 1996, on the legal protection of databases and other applicable regulations, with the international treaties signed in this field also being applicable to them.
