APPLICATION PROCEDURE
If, after submitting a request for accessible information or complaint, it is dismissed, if you disagree with the decision made, or the response does not meet the requirements set out in Article 12.5, the interested party may file a claim. A claim may also be initiated if twenty working days have passed without receiving a response.
The claim can be submitted through the Generic Instance of the electronic headquarters of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation, as well as through other options established in Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. Claims will be received and processed by the Sub-directorate General for Service Inspection of the Ministry.
